SHIPPING NOTICES 

-- Shipping Insurance --

Priority mail includes $50 of insurance free of charge, all Vault kits will ship standard with USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to add additional insurance, please select a shipping rate with insurance included. Seed Armory cannot be held liable for lost, missing or stolen packages and recommend that you insure your order appropriately.

-- If your package is missing --

Immediately contact your local post office to file a missing mail notice. Your local postmaster will open a missing mail investigation and document that your package is missing. It could have been misplaced by the carrier, delivered to the wrong address, or have been stolen. The first step is always to contact your local post office to initiate a claim. 

-- If your package is delayed --

As we've all experienced at some point since the start of Covid-19, shipping has been less than reliable. USPS allows us to file for a lost package after 15 days. We will gladly work with you to resolve shipping issues and work on your behalf to handle lost or delayed packages. See more about USPS Shipping below.

-- If your package is damaged during transit --

Contact orders@seedarmory.com right away to notify us of a package damaged during transit. We will need pictures of the packaging to file a claim. We may provide an RMA to have the package returned to us, wait until confirmation of claim through USPS, or issue a new replacement order at our discretion. 

Notify Seed Armory of Order Problems 

 If you have any problems with your order (shipping, damage, delay, missing, etc...), please contact Seed Armory within 7 days. Once the package shows "Delivered" through USPS tracking, Seed Armory is unable to assist unless a claim has been filed and resolved through USPS or one of our Insuring partners.

 

--- URGENT SHIPPING NOTICE | USPS Delays & Covid-19 ---

URGENT NOTICE: Some of our customers have experienced shipping delays due to regional mail centers and the apparent "lack of staffing" as noted by the USPS. Unfortunately, these delays are out of the control of Seed Armory, but we are keeping a close eye on shipping statuses throughout the country.

TRANSIT TIMES: Nearly every package we ship is sent via Priority Mail 1-3 Day delivery. However, we are seeing a growing trend across the U.S. as many of our packages are taking 5 days or longer to delivery. Please anticipate longer than usual shipping times. This is out of the control of Seed Armory.

USPS PREMIUM TRACKING: Although every package we send has a tracking number, USPS has changed the way that they report tracking. You now have to purchase "Premium Tracking" in order to follow your package through every step of its delayed journey. Do not waste your money on this service, we have purchased this service for several of our customers only to see the same result "In-Transit." This is frustrating and unacceptable, however we are still at the mercy of USPS.
