Our products are designed to last, but seeds are a degenerating product that will only last as long as the environment allows. For example, retail seed packets (paper or similar) are marketed for a specific growing season. The germination rate will drop quickly in retail packets and may deteriorate even quicker depending on the retailers environment (i.e. a warm garden center in a big box store). Seed Armory packets are designed quite differently.
There are risks when buying seeds, and we understand that seed quality is important to survival. Our packaging is non-penetrable to pests, moisture, or damaging UV rays that quickly destroy fragile seeds. The reflective mylar packaging also helps block Infrared heat and keep a more stable storage environment. However, extended abuse and exposure to high temperatures will greatly diminish the quality of your survival vault. It is best to store your survival vault in a refrigerator to maintain seed viability.
We offer a 3 Year Guarantee for all survival seed vaults. You should plan to start planting select varieties within 2 years of purchasing our survival vaults (plants don't grow overnight). This allows you time to harvest seeds and increase your crops even further year after year for a potential survival scenario. If any of your seed varieties have dropped below 50% germination rate within 3 years, we will gladly replace the affected seed varieties at no cost to you (on in-stock items). Applicable shipping charges do apply. Germination guarantee does not apply to varieties with a naturally low germination rate (under 80%).
If the seed variety you're replacing is out of stock, we will provide a similar replacement. In the event of an unforeseen shortage or product availability issues, you will immediately be placed on our wait list. Once the product becomes available, you will be notified and your items will be shipped.
You may only request a replacement for a specific variety one time for each variety. We would like to believe that every person is honest, but understand that is not the case. This policy protects Seed Armory from extended abuse by customers.
30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Opening the Seed Armory packaging is an acceptance of Seed Armory warranty and Limitation of Liability. If you do not agree to these terms, you may return your unopened package for a refund.
Product refunds are at the discretion of Seed Armory. Products are non-returnable if the heat seal is torn, or the product is otherwise damaged or altered. Due to the nature of live seeds, seed product subject to repeated shipping and uncontrolled environmental conditions may cause unforeseen damage to the viability and germination of each seed. For this reason, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee that is reflected as a discount for resale of returned items. Seed Armory will never list a returned product as “new” and the listed price will reflect at least a 20% discount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
To start a return, you can contact us at help@seedarmory.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
