I never leave reviews, but this product deserves one. Out of all of the seed vault kits I've ever ordered, this one is by far the best of the best. I was hesitant to order because of the price, but ended up catching it on sale and pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did. Ordered on Amazon and ebay in years past, always had issues with seeds arriving and falling out of wierd ziplock style bags or labels that simply had "Corn" or something on them. The seed armory kit is thoroughly labeled (and very pretty I might add), along with full planting instructions on every single packet. I've never got a kit that was as thought through as this one.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER

My son wanted a seed vault for Christmas. I wasn't even sure what he was talking about at first. He gave me the name of the website and told me what he wanted. He's 35 years old and wanting to teach his family about self sufficiency. I ordered this kit in November and it showed up within 3 days of ordering. When I opened the priority envelope, it was pleasantly surprised with the heft of the vault. It was heavy, well heavier than I expected. WAY BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!!!

So, I ordered this thing on a whim thinking I was probably getting scammed. I couldn't believe that it arrived 2 DAYS LATER!!! Not only that, I figured it would show up about like the last kit I ordered... Pretty pictures online, ziplock bags in reality. Haha NO! The kits arrived by Priority Mail in a large bubble mailer. The packaging is so pretty I don't even want to open it!!! The Survival Vault package is HEAVY and loaded with individual seed packets. EVERY packet had a beautiful label on it, showing what the plant should look like when growing. The back of EVERY packet has growing instructions in case you don't want to read the book. Waited to write a review until I got some seeds started to see how they would do. Every package is labeled with germination rate and date tested, which was super nice. Calculated out how many seedling starts we needed in each of our starter trays, and actually wound up with well over what the calculated germination rate was. I hated to just throw the extras away and we didn't need anywhere near that many, so we gave some to our neighbors. Overall Super Satisfied!

I normally don't leave reviews ever but I had a story to share and felt that the seed armory deserved it for the way they handled my yelling over the phone. I didn't realize that some of the varieties had a germination time of 2 weeks (im not a green thumb) and accidentally got mad and planted new seeds in the same pots... I emailed the seed armory and demanded my money back, they offered to send new seeds and asked which variety I had troubles with (so they could check their latest testing)... Whoops!! It says right on the package that they take 14 days to germinate! I felt pretty foolish, had lost my temper and probably gave somebody a bad day. The germination rate on the package said 90% and nearly every single one I planted popped up within just a few days of yelling at the seed armory guy. Sorry and thanks again!
